Office of Enrollment Management

Enrollment Management (EM) at the University of California, Berkeley is dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic journey—from early outreach through graduation. Enrollment Management oversees services that primarily support undergraduate students, while several offices within and alongside its partner network serve broader communities. The Center for Educational Partnerships supports pre-college and community college populations, while the Office of the Registrar and the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office provide essential services to both undergraduate and graduate students. While the Office of Enrollment Management and the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office reside in separate divisions, the offices work in close partnership to provide seamless support for students and campus stakeholders.

Through the collaborative efforts of the Center for Educational Partnerships, the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office, the Office of the Registrar, and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, students can access coordinated resources that help them navigate each stage of their educational journey. Together, these offices play a vital role in shaping each incoming undergraduate class, strengthening student retention, and connecting learners with crucial services related to academic records, enrollment processes, and financial support. From guiding prospective students through admissions to assisting current students with registration and financial aid, these teams remain committed to empowering every Golden Bear—and future Bears—throughout their Berkeley experience.
